Octavian Bellu – President of the National Council of Sports
This morning we found out that our Gymnastics Coordinator, Octavian Bellu, has been named as President of a new sports body – the National Council of Sports – that will be subordinated to ANST (The National Agency of Sports and Youth).
The main objective of this new Council will be the establishment of new opportunities and priorities for the Romanian Sports and will consist of 13 people, including sports personalities, economists, lawyers and journalists.
Carmen Tocala, the President of ANST, said that this new position would not affect Bellu’s activity at the Olympic Gymnastics Center.
