The Romanian MAG team for Beijing
According to the newspaper Adevarul, Dan Grecu – the headcoach of the MAG team – decided the team that will represent Romania at the Olympic Games in Beijing. Even if Marian Dragulescu, Razvan Selariu, Flavius Koczi and Daniel Popescu were locked, the other 2 places were unsure. Thus, Dan Grecu picked Robert Stanescu and Adrian Bucur to fill in the remaining places.
The Romanian MAG team won the bronze medal in Athens and now they want to repeat the story. From the 2004 team there are only Dragulescu, Selariu and Popescu.
