Last weekend, the Junior Romanian Nationals for the 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd levels took place in Bacau. This competition had a double goal: firstly it was a team competition and secondly a qualifying round for the individual Nationals which will take place in October 27- 30 in Focsani. The first 24 gymnasts from each category qualified to the competition in autumn.

Unfortunately, we managed to get only some results for the other two categories.

Team competition 1^st category (’94-’95):

1. CSA « Steaua » Bucharest (Raluca Culciar, Adina Buzescu, Elisa Bihoiu)
2. CNS « Cetate » Deva (Malina Savoaia, Diana Rusu, Mihaela Tipa)
3. CSS Barlad

Larisa Iordache was first on the 2nd level category, with the following results:

VT: 14,35 / UB: 13,50 / BB : 14,95 / FX 15,10 (the score on floor was the highest from the whole competition)

Diana Bulimar had the highest score on uneven bars from the entire competition. Her scores were as following: VT 13,50 (1st vault) and 12,60 (2nd vault) / UB: 14,10 / BB 12,60 (with two falls) and FX 14,75.
