Bad news from the Romanian Nationals
Unfortunatelly, Romanian gymnast Sandra Izbasa injured herself during the first day of training at the Romanian Nationals in Buzau. She had a bad landing on her piked Tsukahara during the floor training. According to Mr. Forminte (interviewed by Prosport), Sandra might have torned or broken her Achiles tendon. |She was urgently sent to the hospital in Bucharest. Apparently, she won’t make it to the Worlds, which is a really bad news. We honestly hope she will recover as soon as possible and be there for the Worlds next year.
